Leaseback Marketing & Product Management Division Head
- Develop and execute comprehensive Leaseback marketing and product strategies based on industry trends, regulatory landscape, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarking to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Lead the development and enhancement of Leaseback products and financing schemes in collaboration with Product Development, Risk Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, profitability, and asset quality.
- Establish and optimize strategic partnerships with dealers, showrooms, marketplaces, and other key partners to expand distribution channels and increase financing volume.
- Design and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, including loyalty, retention, and cross-selling programs to improve customer lifetime value and reduce attrition.
- Oversee integrated marketing communication initiatives (branding, campaigns, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and PR) to strengthen brand positioning and market awareness.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets through data-driven cost-benefit analysis to ensure efficiency and measurable ROI.
- Monitor divisional performance through key KPIs such as sales volume, portfolio quality (NPF), marketing ROI, and product contribution, ensuring continuous improvement and target achievement.
- Lead and develop Department Heads and Section Heads through coaching, talent development, and performance management to build a high-performing, agile, and results-oriented marketing organization.
- Prepare strategic business reports and recommendations for Board-level management to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing and/or product management within financing, leasing, banking, or financial services industries.
- Strong understanding of Leaseback products, financing schemes, portfolio management, and risk-quality balance.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and driving business growth.
- Experience in managing partnerships and distribution networks (dealer, showroom, marketplace ecosystem).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, ROI analysis, and portfolio performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior-level teams (Department Head/Section Head level).
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present business insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and Board of Directors.
