Leasing Admin (1 Year, Paya Lebar, $2760)
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing team by preparing leasing documentation, memos, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials to ensure timely and accurate submission.
- Coordinate with tenants, Lease Management team, Finance, and PMO on leasing processes and documentation requirements to facilitate smooth execution of leasing activities.
- Support the preparation of weekly/monthly leasing reports, PM reports, budgets, and projections/forecasts to facilitate business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in extracting lease and sales data from systems and prepare leasing dossiers and correspondence to support lease negotiations and tenant management activities.
- Provide support for ad-hoc assignments and operational requirements to support the overall effectiveness of the Leasing team.
