This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lease apartments – showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
• Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
• Report prospect and pricing feedback.
• Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
• Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.
