Leasing Manager

A Real Estate Investment Firm in the Retail and Commercial property sector with over S$1 Billion AUM currently seeks a Leasing Manager to join their team.

As part of a seven-man leasing team, the Leasing Manager will oversee leasing matters across the Singapore portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing tenancy agreements and lease administration for commercial properties while building strong tenant relationships to drive leasing opportunities.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in commercial leasing with a strong understanding of tenancy agreements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
