No leasing or property management experience required - just bring your sales drive.

Help People Find Their Next Home
At Rose Valley, we believe finding a home is one of the most personal decisions someone makes all year - and you'll be the person who makes that experience unforgettable. This isn't a desk job waiting for the phone to ring. It's a sales role where you build your own pipeline, hustle for leads, and become the face of our community.
If you've got a track record of hitting sales goals in any industry - retail, auto, insurance, hospitality, you name it - and you're naturally outgoing, coachable, and genuinely love people, this could be your next great career move. We'll train you on the rest: the industry, our systems, and Fair Housing law.

What You'll Do
Sell the Community
  • Respond fast to calls, emails, texts, and walk-ins - and follow up until you get an answer
  • Create your own traffic: reach out to prospects, local businesses, and referral sources instead of waiting for leads to come to you
  • Get out into the neighborhood - guerrilla marketing at local events, businesses, and community happenings to build buzz and bring in renters
  • Shop the competition and stay sharp on the local market so we always win the comparison
Connect & Convert
  • Learn what each prospect actually needs, answer their questions, and show them why this community is the right fit
  • Deliver amazing tours of the grounds, vacant apartments, models, and amenities - every time, rain or shine
  • Lead with assumptive closing: of course they want to live here! Take applications and deposits and move qualified prospects toward approval
  • Support prospects through our AI-enabled application partners and systems
Follow Through
  • Stay with every prospect from first contact through move-in - and keep the relationship going after they're home
  • Keep the CRM current: log every lead, update statuses and notes, and use it to drive your daily follow-up
  • Partner with the Community Manager on renewals and resident retention
Set the Tone
  • Make every visitor feel expected and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive
  • Keep model units and vacant apartments show-ready, the office clean and organized, and curb appeal on point
  • Set your own goals, chase them hard, and help the team win

What You Bring
  • Sales results - from any industry - and a track record of hitting goals or quotas
  • Confidence on the phone and in person - you present well and you're not afraid to ask for the sale
  • A customer-first mindset - people feel welcome around you and want to come back
  • High energy and hustle - you start conversations with strangers and have fun doing it
  • Reliability - punctual, dependable, coachable, and flexible to work weekends
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
  • CRM experience is a plus, but not required -we'll train you on ours
  • No leasing, real estate, or property management background needed - we'll train you on Fair Housing and the industry after you're hired

Why Rose Valley
  • $21/hour base pay, plus up to $250 in commission for every lease you close
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account and Health Spending Account
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Generous PTO package
  • 401(k) after 1 year of service, with company match
