Leasing Support Agent
About the Role You'll join the Operations team of a fast-growing property and residential leasing business based in Australia, working as the critical link between prospective tenants and the on-site leasing team. You'll manage leads from first contact through to confirmed tour, keeping the pipeline moving with speed, warmth, and sharp attention to detail.

Answer CRM enquiries about tours and respond to prospect questions
Join daily team huddles and share insights on lead activity and trends
Compile a daily activity report covering leads, calls, bookings, and pricing feedback
Help spot and flag potential safety concerns in line with workplace practices

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and cool under pressure when priorities shift
A warm, engaging personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
Nice to Have
Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or high-volume call/data-entry environments — a definite plus, not a requirement
