Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager Film Studios (SPA5-QPFS0015)

Role Purpose

Manage leasing coordination and tenant relationship activities across the Film Studio asset, ensuring effective onboarding, occupancy management, tenant retention, and operational readiness to support commercial performance and long-term occupier satisfaction. The role combines leasing coordination with proactive occupier and operator servicing within a specialized studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of leasing and occupancy strategies across the Film Studio asset.
  • Coordinate tenant and operator onboarding, move-in readiness, service activation, and operational integration.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for tenants, operators, and commercial occupants across onboarding and occupancy stages.
  • Manage tenant communication, issue resolution, and relationship management activities to support long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate lease administration, occupier documentation, and onboarding requirements in line with approved processes.
  • Monitor occupancy utilization, tenant operational requirements, and service readiness across occupied spaces.
  • Support tenant retention initiatives, renewals planning, and service quality improvement activities.
  • Coordinate operational support with Finance, Operations, HSE, IT, and Corporate Enablement teams to resolve tenant-facing issues efficiently.
  • Track tenant requests, escalations, action logs, and operational follow-ups through to closure.
  • Support implementation of approved pricing, leasing frameworks, and commercial terms where required.
  • Conduct tenant satisfaction follow-ups and identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor tenant compliance with operational, contractual, access, and HSE requirements.
  • Prepare occupancy reports, tenant updates, onboarding trackers, and operational dashboards.
  • Support leasing negotiations and commercial discussions where required.
  • Coordinate activation readiness for new tenants, operators, and strategic partnerships prior to go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations, property management, hospitality operations, or commercial asset management.
  • Experience within mixed-use, entertainment, hospitality, operational, or specialized commercial assets preferred.
  • Experience managing tenant-facing or operator-facing activities within commercial, hospitality, entertainment, or operational environments.
  • Exposure to entertainment, creative, destination-based, or specialized asset environments preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management capability.
  • Understanding of leasing operations, occupier onboarding, and occupancy management.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional operational requirements and service activation activities.
  • Strong issue resolution, follow-up discipline, and communication capability.
