outcomes.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:18px;"><b>Qualifications and Selection Criteria</b></span></h2><ul><li><p><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">PhD completed or currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Computing Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline from a recognised university.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">2–4 years of relevant teaching experience</span></strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;"> at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Strong subject knowledge in one or more Computing Science specialisations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Proficiency in relevant programming languages, computing tools, and technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Experience in course delivery, student assessment, academic mentoring, and project guidance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Strong technical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">A
