A Level B academic is expected to make contributions to the teaching effort of the university and to carry out activities to maintain and develop her/his scholarly, research and/or professional activities relevant to the profession or discipline.
The successful candidate must have a PhD qualification in one of the following disciplines: International Relations, International Political Economy, Political Science, Development, or a cognate discipline, with expertise in the study of Southeast Asia an important advantage. The successful candidate will be involved in teaching and leading undergraduate and postgraduate courses and units in these disciplines. In addition, they will develop their research and scholarship in their chosen field/discipline individually and collaboratively within the School, University and internationally.
