Lecturer in Informatics applied to Health Sciences

What you'll do

• Teaching subjects related to Informatics applied to Health Sciences in Undergraduate degrees (such as nursing, physiotherapy, medicine, or related areas).
• Design, preparation, and updating of theoretical and practical content (health information systems, data analysis, digital tools, etc.).
• Tutoring and academic monitoring of students.
• Participation in departmental academic activities and teaching quality processes.
• Collaboration in transversal projects of the degree and the campus.
• Participation in research activities, teaching innovation, and knowledge transfer.

What we're looking for

• PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• University teaching experience.
• Knowledge of digital tools applied to Health Sciences (data analysis, clinical systems, eHealth, etc.).
• Digital competencies applied to higher education.
• ANECA accreditation (Ayudante Doctor, Contratado Doctor, Profesor Permanente Laboral, or equivalents).
• Research experience with scientific publications in areas such as digital health, telemedicine, or biomedical data analysis.
• Participation in national or international competitive projects.
• Professional experience in health-related or technology-related environments linked to healthcare.
