Currently, we are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Lecturer to join our Faculty of Economics, Management, Finance and Social Sciences.

Job Description

  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to teaching and consistently strive for excellence in instructional methods.
  • Minimize lecture cancellations and rescheduling, ensuring regular and dependable course delivery.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive module plans within the first month of the academic year adhering to the latest guidelines and revising them annually.
  • Prepare thorough course materials that align with the module plan, ensuring curriculum coverage and adherence to syllabus guidelines.
  • Adhere to all institutional policies and guidelines set by the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of RIC.




Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Statistics, Accounting, management, Social)with minimum of 5 years of industry/teaching experience or;
  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline ( (Statistics, Accounting, management, Social) with minimum 1 year of industry/teaching experience.
  • Prior lecturing or teaching experience in higher education is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English - both written and spoken.
