Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Communication Studies program in the Department of Psychology in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa invites applications for an in-person term faculty position at the rank of Lecturer to teach one section of Communications Studies 2140 for fall 2026 semester.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Communications Studies or closely related area
Preferred Qualifications:
Record of excellence in teaching Communication Studies courses at the university level
PhD in Communication Studies or closely related area
