Lecturer (Radiography)

  • Salary: $5,000 - $8,000
  • Location: Central (Relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027)
  • Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 6pm / Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
    Master’s Degree in Radiography or equivalent.
  • Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at diploma level or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops and laboratory sessions for certificate, diploma and undergraduate students, including overseas students where required.
  • Monitor students’ academic progress through assessments, provide feedback and support students’ skills development and learning needs.
  • Develop academic resources, teaching materials and intellectual property to support the School’s academic activities.
  • Set, administer and mark coursework and examinations; review examination papers, ensure assessment quality standards and conduct objective assessments for examination appeal cases.
  • Contribute to the review, design and continuous improvement of Radiography programmes and modules, including developing course materials, supporting module mapping and preparing course/module review reports.
  • Act as Programme Leader or Module Leader for Radiography courses where assigned.
  • Manage students’ clinical placements and liaise with industry partners, university course coordinators and programme representatives on academic and placement matters.
  • Support the management and development of Radiography academics, including reviewing teaching assignments and conducting classroom observations where required.
  • Provide academic guidance and learning support to students, including advising on academic performance, career opportunities and further studies in Radiography.
  • Participate in departmental, faculty or institution-wide committees, working groups and professional development activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties or projects assigned by the Reporting Officer.
