At King Law Offices, we believe Legacy Law is more than documents—it’s about people, purpose, and preserving what matters.
We are seeking a Legacy Law Attorney to join our team in Asheville or Waynesville. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to practice law in a way that is both technically strong and deeply human—guiding clients through decisions that shape their families, businesses, and long-term impact.

- Business succession planning
- Estate, probate, and trust administration
- Beneficiary representation and dispute resolution
- Charitable and legacy-focused planning
- Incompetency and Guardianship

- Practice in a way that values relationships over transactions
- Be part of a team that prioritizes both professional excellence and human impact
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary + performance incentives
- Eligibility for other firm perks
