Legal Administrative Specialist (Litigation Support)

If selected for this position, you will serve as a Legal Administrative Specialist for the United States Attorney's Office, District of Montana. Typical work assignments will include: Explains and sets team goals, priorities, and objectives, and provides information to the supervisor on team performance. Oversees team members and monitors workload to ensure it is balanced among team members in accordance with established workflow, while also assisting with tasks and the workload. Planning, creating, and coordinating litigation support services including trial preparation and presentation. Analyzing litigation support software and support systems and taking action to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Organizing, tracking and analyzing voluminous amounts of digital evidence for complex cases handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office. *Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.*
