We are hiring for our client, a leading multinational organization within the insurance sector, seeking an ambitious Legal Analyst (UAEN) to join its Dubai-based team. The role offers valuable exposure to a broad spectrum of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal advisory support. Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and analyze commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on regulatory and legislative developments.
- Support the legal team in managing corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Assist with contract negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Maintain legal records, documentation, and contract management systems.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and support ongoing legal projects when required.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and provide relevant updates to the business.
- Assist in preparing legal reports, presentations, policies, and internal communications.
- Support the implementation of legal and compliance best practices across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law – mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of legal experience within a corporate, law firm, or regulatory environment.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of corporate legal principles.
