We are hiring for our client, a leading multinational organization within the insurance sector, seeking an ambitious Legal Analyst (UAEN) to join its Dubai-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for Emirati legal professionals and fresh graduates looking to launch or accelerate their legal careers within a global corporate environment.


The role offers valuable exposure to a broad spectrum of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal advisory support. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to key business and regulatory initiatives within a dynamic and professional setting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review, draft, and analyze commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on regulatory and legislative developments.
  • Support the legal team in managing corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Maintain legal records, documentation, and contract management systems.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and support ongoing legal projects when required.
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and provide relevant updates to the business.
  • Assist in preparing legal reports, presentations, policies, and internal communications.
  • Support the implementation of legal and compliance best practices across the organization.


Key Requirements:


  • Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law – mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of legal experience within a corporate, law firm, or regulatory environment.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of corporate legal principles.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn within a multinational environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
