Legal and Compliance Graduate Trainee Intern
You will conduct cross-border research on digital asset regulations, assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and support regulatory filings and compliance records. You will review institutional KYC/AML documentation, assess corporate structures, and translate legal provisions into practical compliance guides for engineering and quantitative trading desks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comparative research on global digital asset regulations.
- Assist with reviewing and drafting corporate and commercial documents, including NDAs, service provider contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Support mandatory regulatory filings, compliance checklists, and corporate secretarial registers.
- Assist with reviewing KYC/AML documentation and corporate structures for institutional counterparties, funds, and token foundations.
- Synthesize legal provisions into actionable compliance guides for engineering and quantitative trading desks.
Requirements
- Be in the final year of a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor program, or be a recent law graduate.
- Be preparing for, sitting for, or have recently completed the Singapore Bar Examinations Part B.
- Demonstrate legal drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret changing regulatory guidelines.
- Show interest in digital assets, blockchain market structures, technology, and capital markets.
- Handle sensitive, proprietary, and confidential corporate data with maturity and discretion.
