We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support attorneys in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and documentation
- Request and track medical records and billing
- Draft correspondence, discovery, and basic pleadings
- Manage case files and maintain accurate notes in case management software
- Calendar deadlines and assist with court filings
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and other case-related appointments
- Assist with demand package preparation and trial support
