We are currently seeking
a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant join our growing US team.
This role will focus on managing a wide range of both routine and complex
permanent and temporary residence applications.

To qualify
for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- At
least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor
certification cases.
- Proven
ability to manage PERM cases from start to finish, including:
- Job
postings
- Prevailing
wage determinations
- Responding
to audits
- Experience
working directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and
organize necessary documentation.
- Proficient
in using case management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
- Skilled
at monitoring deadlines and proactively managing timelines for recruitment and
filing.
- Strong
understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance.
- Ability
to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular
updates and guidance throughout the PERM process.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong
organizational and time-management skills
