Job Summary
You will provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters while managing case files and supporting dispute resolution and court proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts to support client transactions and ensure compliance
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional legal matters to enable informed decision-making
- Conduct legal research and due diligence to deliver practical, actionable legal advice
- Support dispute resolution processes and assist in legal proceedings to protect client interests
- Maintain and update legal templates, policies, registers, and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory adherence
- Manage case files efficiently to ensure timely delivery of legal services
- Assist in client relationship management to foster trust and service quality
- Attend court and assist lead counsel during trials to support litigation efforts
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a university recognized by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education
- To-be or called to the Singapore Bar
- New Qualifier (NQ) to 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate legal advice clearly and effectively

- Analytical and logical reasoning skills to assess legal issues and develop solutions
