Legal & Compliance Specialist (F/M/X)

  • Lead Customer Negotiations & Commercial Contracts: You will lead client negotiations, finalise contracts and related agreements, and drive deals to signing within our internal risk framework.
  • Draft & Refine: Support the creation and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts. You will help maintain and elevate our library of internal standards, policies, and legal templates.
  • Deep-Dive Research: As part of our Legal team, you will be our go-to expert for complex legal research. You’ll analyze emerging (digital) laws and provide the team with the foundational insights needed to navigate operational risks.
  • Master the Regulatory Landscape: Take a proactive role in analyzing new legal requirements. You’ll help translate these complex rules into clear, actionable compliance frameworks.
  • Privacy Guard: Be a key contributor to our data protection management. You will tackle day-to-day privacy queries and support the organization in staying GDPR-compliant.
  • Global Liaison: Act as a vital link between our internal teams and external international law firms, helping to coordinate legal strategies across different jurisdictions.
  • Empower the Team: Develop and deliver targeted training sessions to sensitize our organization to the latest regulatory shifts and legal best practices.

  • Proven Legal Foundation: You hold a degree in Law or Business Law (Rechtswissenschaften or Wirtschaftsrecht). You have already gained initial professional experience in a tech-driven legal department or a commercial law firm.
  • Pragmatic Negotiation & Clear Stakeholder Management: You can balance customer needs, commercial goals, operational feasibility and legal guardrails, while managing stakeholders and keeping negotiations and procurement processes moving.
  • Digital Expertise: You have a strong interest in the intersection of law and technology, specifically in IT/Software Law, Data Privacy, and emerging regulations.
  • Analytical Excellence: You have a talent for structured research and can explain complex legal-technical connections with precision.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working in a support-oriented role, providing high-quality input to senior stakeholders and management with a solution-focused attitude.
  • Nice to Have: An interest in financial markets and/or digital assets is a plus.

We guarantee a competitive gross-salary starting at 4,000 € per month for a full-time position (38,5h) based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience (Overpayment expressly possible with relevant experience and qualifications).
