What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and legal risks
• Apply legal principles to unfamiliar or complex areas of law and provide practical recommendations
• Support the Corporate Legal function on day-to-day advisory matters
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts and legal matters are handled effectively
• Provide support on other legal matters as required

We're Looking For:

• More than 10 years of relevant legal experience
• Candidates from either:
Corporate Legal / In-house Legal, or
Litigation backgrounds
