Legal Counsel (6 months fixed term contract)

Fantastic platform for a lawyer with real estate and financing experience to contribute to a leading real estate company. This is a fixed term 6 months contract, so it'd suit someone who is willing to commit to the full duration.

Responsibilities

You will work in a collaborative team and play an active role in real estate matters related to tenders, JVs, financing. There will be extensive internal and external stakeholders’ engagement involved.

Requirements

At least 5PQE Singapore Qualified Lawyer with relevant in-house/law firm experience in real estate and financing. Willing to be a team player.
