In-house legal Counsel /Up to $7,500 /Construct Industry @Boon Lay
Provide legal advice to group of companies and business units on a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects.
Setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and liquidation of such set up.
Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work
Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters
Degree in Law with 8 years’ experience, and knowledge of construction law.
Experience in leading negotiation and finalisation of construction contracts, particularly for engineering, procurement and construction projects.
