Legal Counsel | Construction | POE | Jurong East | 5 Days | Up To $7.5K - 4461

Position title: Legal Counsel
Salary : $7,000 - $7,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8am - 530pm
Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies and business units on a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory generally
• Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects
• Support setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and the closing or liquidation of such set up
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work
• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Law
• 8 to 12 years’ post-qualification experience , knowledge in construction law
