Legal Counsel | Asset Management & Derivatives | 3+ PQE (CL-OC-43)

An established asset management firm is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support its derivatives, investment and commercial documentation work.

Key responsibilities

Negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRAs, clearing and brokerage agreements.

Review fund, distribution, broker onboarding and general commercial agreements.

Advise investment, trading, operations and risk teams on legal and contractual matters.

Improve templates, playbooks and contract-management processes.

Requirements

3+ years of PQE.

Experience in derivatives, financial markets or commercial contracting.

Familiarity with ISDA documentation is advantageous.

Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
