Legal Counsel

-Contributing to the success of Continental Engineering Corp. by acting as key legal contact and a business partner to provide professional and proactive legal support.

• Support corporate regulatory compliance matters (including without limitation training and all promotional measures)of all group companies.

-Support legal disputes (arbitration, mediation and litigation) of CEC business.
-Draft, structure and review contracts, documents and correspondences of CEC business.
-Research and provide posisible legal solutions for company legal issues to ensure business and legal objectives are met.
-Any other legal related issues assigned.
