Legal Counsel
We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support a growing, multi-entity gaming and entertainment group. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working independently across multiple legal areas.
Responsibilities
- Advise on group structuring, corporate governance and cross-border matters.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, licensing, partnership and vendor agreements.
- Support JVs, strategic projects and corporate transactions.
- Advise on IP, data protection and employment matters.
- Support regulatory and licensing matters where required.
- Work closely with senior management and external counsel on legal and commercial issues.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–8 years' experience.
- Strong corporate and commercial legal experience.
- Prior IP experience is required.
- Broad legal exposure rather than a highly specialised background.
- Ideally experienced in both private practice and in-house.
- Experience in a smaller or fast-growing organisation is preferred.
- Gaming industry experience is preferred.
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to work independently with strong commercial judgement.
