This role works closely with cross-functional teams and external counsel to assess legal risks, provide practical advice, and develop solutions aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Assist company leadership with capital markets and corporate readiness.
2. Interpret legal and regulatory requirements, assess business implications, and help drive compliance initiatives.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis, assess legal risks, and develop practical, business-oriented recommendations.
4. Review and negotiate commercial agreements, assess legal and business risks, and recommend appropriate actions based on business considerations.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams and external counsel to address complex legal issues and drive assigned matters and projects through to resolution.
