A well-established commercial group with diversified business lines is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate and commercial arrangements
- Work on international deals globally
- Engage multiple stakeholders to enhance business decisions
- Engage external counsels who assist on the deals pipelines
Requirements:
- Law degree from a reputable university
- Called to the Singapore bar
- 4-8 PQE
- Great communication skills and strong teamwork is essential for this role
