About our client
A Singapore-based Single Family Office is seeking a Legal Counsel to serve as the principal's trusted legal partner — someone who can identify and manage legal risk while delivering pragmatic, commercially-minded counsel that keeps pace with the business.
The Role
You will work directly with the principal across several areas:
- Wealth structuring and corporate governance
- Investment due diligence and transaction risk assessment — providing independent legal judgment to support the principal's investment decisions
- Cross-border coordination with external legal, tax and advisory professionals
- Contracts and transaction support
- Legal documentation and entity maintenance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years PQE with solid corporate and commercial legal fundamentals
- Clear, confident communicator — able to distil complexity into actionable advice
- Sharp and fast-thinking, comfortable making calls with incomplete information
- Ready to build from the ground up in a lean, high-trust environment
