Legal Counsel/ Legal Specialist

Core Responsibilities
1. Contract Scrutiny and Drafting: Perform the primary legal review for high-volume, standard agreements, including NDAs, MTAs and various service contracts.
2. Risk Identification: Identify and flag potential risks in routine clauses such as Confidentiality, IP Ownership, and Termination triggers for senior legal review.
3. Strategic Research and Compliance Support.
4. Ad-hoc Support: Assist with tasks and projects assigned by the line manager to ensure the efficient operation of the legal department.
