Legal Counsel

You will handle customer complaints and prepare case materials for matters before the Danish Financial Complaints Board. You will manage corporate law matters, advise on Danish company law and governance, provide first-line legal support, and contribute to financial regulation, consumer law, marketing law, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints
• Prepare and coordinate case materials for the Danish Financial Complaints Board
• Draft submissions and responses
• Manage corporate law matters
• Provide guidance on Danish company law and corporate governance
• Provide first-line legal support
• Contribute to financial regulation consumer law marketing law and contracts

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration and Commercial Law
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish
• Solid understanding of Danish legislation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in banking FinTech or another regulated industry is an advantage
