Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal support across a broad range of commercial, contractual, and compliance matters.

Reporting to the Global GC, you will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting the business on day-to-day legal issues while mitigating risk and enabling growth. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters, developing compliance frameworks, managing disputes, and working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least 8 - 10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment. You will possess strong experience in commercial contracts, legal advisory, corporate governance, and compliance matters, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related sectors. Conversational Mandarin is a must have.

Experience supporting regional operations and managing cross-border legal matters will be advantageous.
