You will review consumer terms, marketing, product communications, customer complaints, and legal queries under Swedish and Norwegian law. You will negotiate smaller agreements, maintain legal templates and processes, train customer support on common legal issues, and support board-secretarial work and statutory filings.
Responsibilities
- Review consumer-facing terms under Swedish and Norwegian law
- Review marketing campaigns, advertisements, and product communications
- Handle customer complaints, legal queries, and consumer-credit and collections questions
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
- Maintain legal templates and processes
- Train customer support on frequent legal issues
- Support board-secretarial work and statutory filings
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Experience in Swedish consumer, financial-services, or marketing law
- Norwegian legal knowledge
- Contract drafting or review experience
- Swedish or Norwegian written communication
- Professional English fluency
- Consumer protection
