The Role
You will take a leading role in delivering high-quality advice on cyber incidents, data breaches and associated regulatory and litigation risks. Working closely with partners and the wider global cyber team, you will:Lead complex incident response mandates for insurers and corporate clientsProvide strategic coverage and claims advice under cyber policiesAdvise on data protection compliance, breach notifications and regulatory engagement across the Middle EastHandle and supervise data subject claims and related disputesMentor and develop junior lawyers, and contribute significantly to business development, client relationship management and knowledge-sharing initiatives
