This is a remote position.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an Intake Specialist to handle inbound calls related to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a neutral English accent, and the ability to assist callers professionally and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound SSDI inquiries and conduct initial client intake.

Gather and accurately document caller information.

Assess potential client eligibility based on intake guidelines.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.

Previous experience in intake, customer service, or call handling preferred.

Familiarity with SSDI is an advantage.

Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.

Must be willing to work from 6:00pm - 2:00am Central Time
