Role Overview:

Support the legal team with research, documentation, organizing, tracking, and basic operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries.
• File and organize contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in managing the legal database.
• Assist in contract tracking and lifecycle tasks.
• Support litigation preparation and document collection.
• Assist in regulatory filing preparation under supervision.
• Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field.
• 0-6 months of experience.
