Legal Manager -AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Recovery-Soft bucket collection

Job Role

• To support the local Collections team in achieving its targets by using effective legal tools.
• To liaison with police and other statutory authorities in executing warrants and court orders.
• Has to co-ordinate with panel advocates in delivering results on time.
• Should have good knowledge and work experience in Arbitration, DRT and SARFAESI Proceedings & other legal activities.
• To work with team in controlling the NPA’s of the Branch.
• To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
