To support our growth, we are looking for a :

LEGAL MANAGER (F/M)

LONG TERM CONTRACT

ROME (Italy)

Your main tasks will be to :

SUPPORT CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS

  • Manage and monitor the portfolio of domestic companies (approval of accounts, renewal of managers, drafting of intra-group agreements, management of the required legal formalities, POA, etc.)

  • Provide support for capital transactions and internal reorganization

  • Organize and provide legal support for M&A transactions

  • Provide legal support for project financing transactions

HANDLE CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND DRAFTING

  • Analyse, draft and negotiate contracts in Italian or in English (land lease, development partnership, EPC, O&M, grid connection, PPA, service agreement, etc.)

  • Prepare all legal documents required for participation in tenders and consultations, from application to selection of the offer (NDA, MOU, term sheets, protocols, etc.)

  • Update and maintain the database of standard contracts

PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and oversee litigation cases

  • Provide legal advice to all relevant stakeholders

  • Develop and implement guidelines on regulatory and compliance maters

  • Centralize legal documentation and handle local litigation and insurance matters.

  • Ensure the legal reporting and update the Legal Department’s databases and dashboards.

  • Handle and implement guidelines on regulatory and compliance matters.

  • Participate in the development and management of legal processes.

  • Provide training on legal issues relating to the group’s activities.

LEAD AND DEVELOP THE LEGAL TEAM

• Manage, coach and develop the Italian Legal team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and business-oriented culture.

  • Set priorities, allocate resources and ensure the effective execution of legal activities and projects.

• Support team members in their professional growth through mentoring, performance management and continuous development.

• Promote knowledge sharing and alignment with Group Legal priorities and standards.

Expected skills

You hold a master’s degree in Italian Corporate law or Renewable Energy Law and you have at least 5 years of experience as an in-house Legal Manager in the renewable energy sector.

You have proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing legal professionals.

A strong background in M&A transactions in the renewable sector is necessary for that role.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required for the position.

You will be able to work from home 1 day per week.

In line with current pay transparency regulations, the gross annual salary for this position ranges from €70,000 to €80,000.
