Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Corporate/Commercial law
- Ensuring that the operation of the companys business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions
- Create, draft, review and negotiate all legal agreements
- Consult, Advise and support all business units regarding legal issues or questions
- Support to the company secretary function
- Others related to this job.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Higher degree in Law (local & international law) or related field
- More than 5 years Lawyer or Legal experience in FMCG, Public Company, Law firm
- Strong leadership and Commitment to work
- Positive thinking with good communicate to all levels
- Business ownership mind
- Good time management, Maturity and can work under pressure
- Good interpersonal Skills with strong negotiation skills
- Can do attitude with good service minded
- Proficient in English both writing & speaking
- Computer literacy
