Legal Operations Manager

You will own and improve the legal technology stack, procurement systems, and contract lifecycle management. You will lead AI and workflow integrations, manage projects and vendors, develop user resources, and report on system adoption and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the legal technology stack
• Evaluate, implement, and administer legal software
• Integrate workflow automation and AI tools
• Manage system migrations, upgrades, and user access
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to optimize processes
• Manage concurrent technical initiatives
• Develop training, documentation, and support resources
• Monitor legal technology, privacy, and AI trends
• Manage legal software vendors
• Track metrics and report on system adoption and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal operations, technical program management, or technology implementation experience
• Direct ownership of legal or compliance systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Project management, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration expertise
• Experience with Jira, Coupa, CLMs, and workflow or process improvement
• Technical acumen for evaluating and integrating new technologies and AI solutions
