Legal Solutions Consultant
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as a litigation subject-matter expert in an external-facing commercial position that combines sales, customer onboarding and product feedback. Work alongside engineers on quality-testing projects and represent the company to prospective and existing clients. This is a growth and product position rather than a practicing legal role.
What you'll do
- Lead product demonstrations, trial programs and onboarding for client organizations.
- Manage client relationships and go-to-market efforts, including sales conversations, conference presentations and social media posts.
- Work with engineers to create and label test datasets that check the quality of automated analysis workflows.
- Produce written customer communications, educational explainers, launch announcements and product copy.
- Shape the company's market story by selecting persuasive examples and building awareness within the legal profession.
- Hold conversations with legal professionals about their working habits and relay what you learn to the team.
- Help plan and run sales and marketing campaigns.

- Deep legal knowledge and a good sense of how attorneys prefer to communicate.
- A strong network of senior attorneys at other firms to support outreach and business development.
- Comfort in external-facing work such as sales calls, demonstrations, conferences and events.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week in New York, or willingness to relocate there.
