Description
- Responsibilities:
- Work closely with R&D engineers for patent mining.
- Draft patent applications, solicit disclosures of inventions and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures.
- Conduct patent search and infringement analysis
- Provide support in internal and cross-department projects
- Conduct intellectual property training to Engineering personnel
- Requirements:
- Master degree or above in Electrical Engineering Communication Engineering, or related Science and Technology
- Familiar with patent laws and practices in various jurisdictions including U.S., China and Taiwan
- Good English writing and verbal communication skill
- Had patent drafting experience in electronic circuit, IC package and/or IC devices is preferred
- At least 1 year related experience in Patent application and management is preferred
- Team player, have good communication skill, and self-motivated
