• Analog / mixed-signal IC design and architecture for SerDes
• RX_AFE (CTLE/VGA), TI-ADC (time-interleaved ADC), high-speed DAC transmitter, oscillator and clocking
• Project experience: DSP-based SerDes, PCIe 6/7, Ethernet 112G/224G, 200G+ SerDes design, optical interconnect / silicon photonics

*In this role, you will join Phison's advanced SerDes R&D, covering mixed-signal circuit and algorithm development, as well as research on academic papers and novel circuit architectures
