Lenses Sales Representative - Adriatic Coast (m/f)

Our Client is EssilorLuxottica, a Franco-Italian multinational corporation specialized in the design, manufacture and sale of ophthalmic lenses, optical equipment and instruments. With over 170 years of research and more than 80 lens-related patents per year, they are a world leader in prescription ophthalmic lenses and visual care innovations.
For our Client, we are looking for a technically strong optical professional for the position of:
Lenses Sales Representative - Adriatic Coast (m/f)
Location: Southern Croatia, ideally Split (Field-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships across the Croatian Adriatic region
- Growing business within the existing customer portfolio
- Driving product mix upgrades and value-added optical solutions
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with optical professionals and business partners
- Providing technical product training and education to customers and partners
- Supporting customers with technical expertise related to lenses and optical products
- Frequent travel across the Croatian Adriatic coast, from Istria to Dubrovnik
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of ophthalmic lenses and optical products is essential
- Degree or professional qualification in Optometry, Optics, or a related field; an Optometry degree is highly preferred
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Understanding of optical instruments and related technologies
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Croatian Adriatic region
- Valid B category driving license
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
