LEOTEK - Procurement Manager

• Solid experience in global sourcing and supplier management, able to balance cost, supply stability, and long term sourcing strategy under changing market conditions.
• Proven ability to lead cross region teams and work with PM, RD, and operations to drive alignment and support business needs.
• Strong ownership in supplier management, including negotiation, capacity commitment, and delivery assurance.
• Good understanding of global trade and logistics (Incoterms, tariffs), able to anticipate risks and respond to supply disruption.
• Hands on and result driven, able to manage cost pressure, secure competitive pricing, and make trade offs between cost, lead time, and risk.

Requirements

學歷：大學、碩士
Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are advantageous.
