Lettings Manager

Davis Tate is looking to hire an Estate Agency Lettings Manager to work across our Henley on Thames and Twyford offices. Competitive package dependent on experience.

Primarily responsible for lettings within the offices and working as part of a team to achieve office targets as set in the business plan.

• • Achieve agreed targets for Letting Valuations, Instructions and Lets, the associated fee structure, conversion ratios, as set out in the Business Plan and achieve such personal targets as are set and agreed with the Managing Directors.
  • Achieve targets for referring other fee earning services.
  • To be a team member within the network of offices and services.
  • Referring and promoting the network at all times.
  • Work to Core Values and All property Matters ethos at all times.
  • Ambassador of Davis Tate inside and outside of employment hours.

• • Write and agree Lettings business plan.

• • Grow Lettings portfolio
    Meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and valuations and carry out viewings.
  • Deal with website referrals without delay, contact to register, book viewings and valuations where appropriate.
  • IT skills.
  • Ability to work to defined policies and procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize, good at time management.
  • Adaptable to change moving with the economic climate.
  • Demonstrate good team player attitude.
  • Admin skills.
  • Customer facing skills – ability to remain calm under pressure, build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience.
  • Pass exams and gain MARLA membership within 4 months.
  • Ability to work using own judgement

  • Driving licence essential.
  • Monday - Friday with a day off in lieu for Saturday working
