Level 1 Field Engineer (Changi Airport - Rotational Shift)

Join our client, a leading IT solutions provider for the air transport industry, as a Level 1 Field Engineer based at Singapore Changi Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical on-site support for passenger check-in and flight information display systems, ensuring smooth operations and high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for Passenger Check-in Systems and Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS)
• Perform network and desktop troubleshooting to meet service level agreements
• Support the Content Management System (CMS) for scheduling and deployment of information to FIDS (T4)
• Collaborate with the Product team on system enhancements and troubleshooting
• Ensure system and database administration tasks are performed efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT or a relevant discipline
• Preferred experience in desktop support with good working knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Experience in a customer support environment is advantageous
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude and good inter-personal skills
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites within Changi Airport
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotational shift (2 days AM, 2 days off, 2 days PM, 2 days off)
