Role Overview:
We are seeking a Level 2 EUC Support Engineer to join our dynamic team to work with one of our clients in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be comfortable and confident in a range of Windows technologies including Intune & SCCM.
As you will be assisting end-users, excellent communication skills – spoken, written and interpersonal are required as is the need to be on-site on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to documented operational procedures for both PC & laptops
- Experience in dealing with and assisting end-users who are not IT literate
- Knowledge and experience across Windows OS, O365, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune, SCCM etc. will be well-regarded
- Ability to work independenly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid understanding of Windows desktop and basic server environments
- Operating collaboratively with team to elevate capability and consistency
About You:
- 4+ years in a service desk or technical support role
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and efficiently
- A genuine passion for delivering quality customer support
- Excellent comms
